As you can see, this is the Loli King known as Desbreko. So named for all of the images from anime that he links in chat. They're always cute little girls in dresses and such. :p So I decided to draw the Loli King sitting upon his Throne. Naturally he has a little plushie of Michiyo Shimizu.

Done in MyPaint by mouse. Not sure of the time since I didn't really make a note of when I started. I finished it in photoshop, but that was mainly just to add the heart brushes, border and the text. lol

Anyway, dedicated to the Loli King himself!
