Tis a made up Eeveelution called Spectreon.^^ There are more I want to draw..so be ready for some new Eeveelutions from me.~

How it evolves: If people have played Pokemon Black or White, they will know what I'm talking about. In Spiral Tower, there are tomb stones, and let's say that at the very top there's a mystical one that can evolve the Eevee into Spectreon via battling near it, kind of like Glaceon with the Ice Rock and Leafeon with the Moss Rock. Though because this is made up, there is no mystical tomb stone, sadly.lol Well there you have it. That's how it will evolve into Spectreon.^^

GIMP helped with the special effects. The dots and whispy look (sorta).
