Activate only when you have “Elemental HERO Neos” on your side of the field. Add one “Rite of the Primal Flame” and one “Primal Neos” from your deck or Graveyard to your hand.

Here's another card illustration for a still unmade fanfic. As before, I drew and colored the image on paper and did the background and other effects in Photoshop. This image needed quite a bit of touching up actually. I wish I could've done the flame coming from Neos' chest better, but oh well. Enjoy.
