Two random gifts at once because I just finished drawing the first gift before seeing this guy.
I love his design so much, from the colors to the anchors (I love sailor/navy designs)~ ;//A//;
I was working on this when the latest chibi drawing of him got posted so I'm sorry if I drew him in an out of date design.

Also, I made him all shiny and hold a sea shell for no reason. And I wasn't sure how he bends his knees (hope that pose isn't uncomfortable). Sorry. 8(
