Hello Ghouls and Withces!!! :D

I'm back for my next drawing!!! :D Halloween is around the corner (8 days) and I love Halloween so my next pic is well I had this idea in the summer XD and well I dab it down before I forget. So this is a perfect time to do it so here she is!!! :D

This was done with Stabilo Fineliner Pen. I use water to get the effect like. :3 Hope you like her. :3
