It’s starting to seem like I have an actual cold and not just some sinus condition triggered by the weather. My mild cough has now turned into a full-blown sore throat. Anyway, here's today's card from the advent calendar.

Today’s card comes from the pages of the Yu-Gi-Oh R manga. It was used by Yugi in one of my favorite duels of the manga, though the reason why that duel is such a favorite of mine is because of the alien/space-themed cards used by Yugi’s opponent. I should make the distinction that this card was by the regular Yugi and not Yami Yugi. Yugi had stepped in to take on this opponent by himself to give his partner some time to rest and recover from all the other duels he had fought previously. Anyway, it’s very appropriate that Toy Magician was included in the calendar, and I’m glad that it was printed as an ultra rare.
